David Moore has successfully completed a two day High Access training course with Heightec entitled “Work at Height & Rescue Training – Wind Turbines”.

This is a RenewableUK and Global Wind Organisation approved training course for persons who are required to access and work on wind turbine generators, which provides sufficient knowledge to allow a person to work safely in wind turbines.

The Utilities industry provides us with our most basic resources, including energy and water. Without the utilities sector, no other industry would function.

Operating within this sector for over 2 decades, BBC Fire & Security has learned the importance of their highly specific health and safety and compliance protocols.

This work at height training course includes the elements of a safe system of work, equipment selection and inspection, use of tools, risk assessment, method statements and emergency procedures.
