detected by standard Optical or ionisation Smoke
Detectors or Heat Detectors.
Each Detector has its own unique
'forte' with:
The 'VIEW' Detector for its
speed and sensitivity in detecting even invisible
particles of smoke.
The 'Multi Sensor' Detector
for its 2 integrated sensors making it up to 100
times less prone to 'False' Alarm activation.
The 'HARSH' Detector enabling,
for the first time, Smoke Detection to be installed
to dusty environments, such as Cement Works and
Flour Mills.
The Linear Heat Detection System
with its ability to be installed directly to machinery
or cable trays, and its suitability to be installed
in Ex-Hazardous areas.
The Air Sampling Detector, which
can not only be sensitised to standard optical
detector levels, but also to high sensitivity
levels. This family of detectors, using uPVC Pipework
network, allows the detector to be mounted in
an accessible area, with the maintenance free
pipe being installed in such areas as voids or
atria, where the cost of high level maintenance
seriously prohibits the use of standard detection
devices.
The Infra Red Beam Detector,
which with its 100 metre long and 15 metre wide
beam coverage makes it a cost effective choice
to protect large open areas such as Warehouses
and Malls. It is also the first choice detector
for areas where the ceiling height exceeds 10.5
metres.
The Flame Detector range of
Fire Detectors, comprising of IR, UV and combined
UV/IR models, are ideally suited to the detection
of Petrochemical areas, Aircraft Hangers and Battery
Rooms. The detectors are suitably rated to be
installed in Ex-hazardous areas.
